Upgrade VisIt to the latest and greatest Conduit

Eventually, we must upgrade Conduit to the next version (likely 0.8.5) so we can take advantage of wedge and pyramid support.

When we do so, we must leave an additional note in the release notes for https://github.com/visit-dav/visit/pull/18224 "Added read and write support for wedge and pyramid topologies to the Blueprint plugin."
