Consider remaining two items for community standards

We check all but two boxes in GitHub's community standards. Should we work to complete the final two items? The code of conduct might be as simple as adopting a common standard. I am a bit confused on the other item about Repository admins accept content reports but I think it means, minimally, we're making a promise to be responsive to such reports.
