To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. make sure you're recording
2. choose a plugin that supports default file open options (I ran into this with blueprint since I am adding a new option)
3. choose some default file open options
4. end recording and view results

Expected behavior

I expected it to say how to set default file open options with python
