0.7.3 problem with assert.response

Hiya

thanks for looking into the server serial pronblem, but I'm still having a problem with assert.response. I'm getting :

   uncaught: Error: ECONNREFUSED, Connection refused
    at Client._onConnect (net.js:576:18)
    at IOWatcher.onWritable [as callback] (net.js:165:12)

when i run tests in serial. This works fine with 0.7.0.

With 0.7.2, the test times out.
