Do not add hidden dot files to test suite

I add some code to not include hidden dot files to test suite. Now it creates some problems with my emacs temp files and I think it can be useful in general.

Sorry if it will be some lame, it's my first contribution here on github.

there are some cases where users may want dotfiles though :)
