[Enhancement] live preview support

the code looks really weird compared to everything else that's basically the same as in preview mode.

Since it's been more than a year since anything was committed to this repo I suspect this project has been put on the backburner or dropped. While not as nice in a lot of ways Obsidian Icon Shortcodes does work in live preview, I've switched to it for the time being.
