New release?

There are some changes in master post 1.1.0 release that I would like to include in my project. Any plans of cutting a new release?

New release is needed. Due to lack of release CNI-plugins (depending software) already incorporated un-tagged post-release snapshot: https://github.com/containernetworking/plugins/blob/master/go.mod#L22

@vishvananda could you consider a new release? A long time past from the last formal release, with enabling modules support in Go by default the issue becomes more important.

I've tagged a beta release. Please try it out and let me know if there are any issues and i'll upgrade it to an official 1.2.0

It's been over 4 years since the last GA release, and more than 20 months since the last beta pre-release. This is the only dependency that I still have to vet myself to choose a version and then tag by commit. Is there any chance to get a system in place to automate releases after review?

edit: In case this comes across as needy or entitled, I'd like to specify that I am very grateful for this project and that ignoring my question or answering with a "no" is completely acceptable.

Usually I am against +1s but it's been 2 years since the beta tag? go get will still get the tagged v1.1.0 version.
