What is the file_size_limit?

It's not clear whether it's the minimum size of a file for which history is saved, or is it the maximum size to which the file history can grow? For example, a 5 KB file saved many times could become 2 MB; in this case, what should be the file_size_limit set to?

To the maximum file size you would like to back up. For examples, if you set it to 10 LocalHistory will not save/backup files with 10 bytes or more.
