Can you describe the hardware you are running on? What are the load averages when this issue happens?

Thanks @Pierre-Michard. You are right..we do not have a real upgrade process. Give us a couple of weeks and we will use this ticket to put one in.

Going to pursue translation for all supported languages right now. If this is too much, will reduce the set of supported languages to just English and one flavor of Chinese.
