pop up's in pydeck

Target Use Case

a lot of libraries like folium, leaflet with shiny, maplibre let you create pop up's over some dot , pydeck let you do it but they are not clickeable it works like hover efect

Proposal

add clickeable points in map like in folium or maplibre
