Wrong convertion for Sara a ะ (Visarga) in Thai script

the sara a should be placed after the syllable-initial consonant, like

• IAST: kaḥ kaiḥ kauḥ
• Thai: กะ ไกะ เกาะ

However, there're wrong convertions:

They’d be corrected as

• kĕ เกะ
• kŏ โกะ
• kæ แกะ
• kô เกาะ (not เากะ, cf. kau เกา)
