Use of Active coloumn in Concept table

Concept table in respository editor contains a coloumn called Active. By default it is set to false. what is the use of this field.

On the one hand: repository property: Which concepts are active in the study (which ones are allowed to be used)?

On the other hand: VirSat application property: Which concepts are available in the current opened VirSat? (e.g. opening a S2tep Study in VirSat Core)

=> Column should show "AND" (only if both above are true for the concept)

and the person, whose discipline the repo is assigned to, should only be allowed to edit those entries (to switch concepts on or off for the study) which are available in the application
