Do a save all before commit

Describe the bug We noticed in CE studies that commiting a system model which is not completly saved can cause issues.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
