Create VirSat Diagram Wizard fails when opened via the File Menue

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select e.g. a ElementConfiguration in the VirSat Navigator
2. Go to File > New > Other ... VirSat > VirSat Diagram > Next
3. Enter a diagram name and select interfaces as the diagram type
4. Click on Finish
5. Scroll down to '....'
6. See error

Expected behavior A Diagram should be added to the selected Element in the VirSat Navigator
