Unclear things in the server user manual

• What to do with the autherisation file? (-> Suggest putting it next to server properties file)
• What is the login service? (Descibe that username + password as defined in auth file have to be used in HTTP headers)
• What is the localPath in the repo config (-> It's the path od the project within the repo)
• How does authentification with the server work? (-> Check of HTTP header with auth file credentials)
• Paths in the configuration files on windwows have to be escaped -> \ instead of one \
