Add option to set midnight as 0 instead of 24

Had an email that said midnight should be 0 not 24. Both are common on 24 hour clocks and watches, with 24 perhaps being more common. I think seeing 24 makes it immediately obvious that this is a 24 hr clock, and is my preference, but I will add an option in settings to set 0 instead.
