Improve methods for assigning published models in VCellDB and posting to website

@ACowan0105 @vcellmike Does this need any software changes or are we trying to formalize a procedure to ensure that published models are properly advertised? Please explain.

@jcschaff this relates to a number of things, and needs myself and Michael (and perhaps you) to sit down and decide. Probably requires some software or at least some scripts. could perhaps be a project for an undergrad/summer high school student?

Tasks required:

[ ] Need interface via the API to allow flagging models and adding the referenced publications to the database for Published models at one time from BioModel Name (or number)
[ ] allow a direct (or near direct) down load from citation manager software to VCell Database using API
[ ] allow a direct (or near direct upload from the database to the Published Models Page of vcell.org
