Create Automatic sim testing for all solvers for new build

The idea here is to construct a biomodel (e.g. one of the Solver Suite biomodels from schaff account) with representative simulations exercising all of the supported solvers. These simulations would be run periodically (nightly) to assure that all solvers execute without failure. We could extend this test to verify the solutions against known solutions as well.

This could create a very lightweight substitute for the MathTestingFramework - which is too large to be run often and requires manual interpretation.
