Testing Framework encounteres a RPC DataAccessException

@CodeByDrescher seems that the "LoadTests" query times out (either truly broken, or a very expensive query and a timeout occurs before it completes).

The "TestSuites" does load (at least it did for me). This is the important one anyway. Of course the LoadTests should either be fixed or removed - I don't recall what it does anymore.

Given that the TestSuites still work I don't think that this is HighPriority.
