Uninstall window in alpha does not appear on top of Windows Uninstall menu

When use Microsoft Windows settings for uninstalling programs ("Add or Remove Programs"), click uninstall button, windows asks if you want to remove program and select yes. Looks like nothing happens. Repeat, still nothing. close the window settings menu and then the VCell uninstaller appears. May be as simple as window appears behind menu.
