Programable memberships

Each community has an NFT collection assigned to manage the memberships of their users, they should be able to deploy smart contracts that can add/remove/edit attributes from the NFTs and the collection.

It remains unclear whether we should allow contracts to also edit "system attributes" like the built-in ranks system which seems desirable but not the expiration date or the gas tank.
