It looks as netkvm has some problems: DIFXAPP: INFO: ENTER: DriverPackageInstallW DIFXAPP: INFO: RETURN: DriverPackageInstallW (0xE0000247) DIFXAPP: ERROR: encountered while installing driver package 'C:\Program Files\Virtio-Win\Network\netkvm.inf' DIFXAPP: ERROR: InstallDriverPackages failed with error 0xE0000247 DIFXAPP: RETURN: InstallDriverPackages() 3758096967 (0xE0000247)
Can you please upload the SetupAPI.dev.log ? Or can you try installing netkvm driver manually from the Device Manager?

i had to install all driver manually from the iso. but still after if i run the virtio-win-guest-tools.exe
still get the same issue

if i go in event of device manager red hat virtio ethernet but drivers is install and working
