Download links for the last supported driver package for deprecated OSes

The problem with the newer MSWin driver packages for KVM/QEMU is that older MSWin versions are dropped from the release. If someone needs to test something under an older MSWin version they won't be able to get properly working video & other components.

Now, while I understand the need to keep the size of the codebase being maintained, the last working builds should still be usable. So I'd suggest providing download links to the last built versions of drivers for each deprecated OS (or the last stable version if the final release version was buggy). And make sure those packages are marked for preservation.
