netkvm: temporary report 6.89 when OS has 6.89

This is temporary exception in NDIS revision negotiation for driver built as 6.86, in order to satisfy HLK expectations on Server 2025.

Test "NICStrictPropertyValidation" with this driver passed on of 2025 HCK setup (@kostyanf14 ) QE do not succeed to pass it (the test does not find the log)
