Mouse not working on web / older versions won't download

For some reason the mouse will work on every app but the web. Tried downloading the older version (1.0.6) on Webadb and it will say it downloaded but I won't find the package name when I list the packages, I'm only allowed to download the newest version. I'm wondering if this is a common problem or if it's just me. What should I do? I'm using a Keitai and Android 10.
