MATVT v1.0.7-pre - Inconsistent scrolling speed

Thank you for making this. This is the only version that works perfectly fine on my Qin F22 pro, and this is truly a savior.

I've set the mouse scrolling speed to the lowest. Despite that, I could not able to control few web pages on some of the sites like instagram.com and eenadu.net net as it scrolls too fast. The behavior remains same in the respective applications. These are just a few examples and they can be many. What could be the reason. It works fine most of the browsers and apps except a few. Please help to fix.

Could you tell on which browser are you having those issues and just for the record which version of MATVT are you using?
