Oculus app not installing on Samsung Quest 2

Environment

Description

We're trying to run the sample app provided in this repo. The app seems to work fine on our Android devices via ViroMedia test bed app. However, when we generate viromedia unsigned release apk it doesn't install in either the Android phones nor in Samsung Quest 2

Reproducible Demo

Just clone this repo follow instructions and run the app you will be able to generate the issue as normal. We have tried the same with three projects over and over again none of them seems to work.
