Completely BROKEN??

Is it ME? Or does NOTHING work in this??

I have spent the last 4 HOURS trying to get this to work correctly, and every time I think I have it, it is still messed up.

The BEST I have gotten out of this was to FINALLY get ONE of the available URLs to spit out code, but of course it was all BROKEN, all of the images were BROKEN, the links were BROKEN, and even the CSS (the whole purpose of this project) was BROKEN.

Thoughts??
