Added 2 new levels

I cant seem to find the project in gitlab as you are mentioning that it moved there. But i dont see this as archived so i gave it a go. Implemented a new platform from where the player bounces. Level 17 is kind of an introduction to this new mechanic. Changed most of the things mentioned in devnotes except for the google play console. I downloaded and played the game so i know that its been updated more than what is shown here. Because of this i just left the levels in the Levels folder. You can play level 17 after level 16 but you cant access it from level selection. I can implement these in the updated version if necessary.
