Revisit Interface-only system tray application's features

Perhaps ... Cross-platform ({or at least Windows and OSX). Whether to include as part of Interface rather than being its own thing in the installer. Better name / explanation of what it is.

Alternatively, the launcher can step up and take that place as well as a good independent manager for your sandboxes + good interface for viewing friends, worlds, etc.

Currently in the launcher you can select the sandbox version to launch.

Would also be useful for local server administration. But yeah that is not Interface-only.
