Only show "green box" missing model indicator in create mode.

At the moment If I enter a domain that has missing entities, I will see the green box. Sometimes this happens falsely (I'm having this issue at the moment and running a report yields no problems found). If I wanted to take a nice picture in this domain I will have a green box floating around. Personally I think it's best this is left to creator mode only.
