Reticle cursor option not persisting

OS: Manjaro Linux x86_64 Kernel: 5.12.9-1-MANJARO Vircadia-Build v2021.1.2-

General Settings -> Use reticle cursor instead of arrow True option reverts to false after interface restart.

We have had a couple of options that did not persist in the past. This is probably on of them. I also don't think anyone ever really used this option (or even knows what it does).

Funny, I did not see an open issue. I have found #35 but I'm not sure if this is a similar issue. Weirdly, other settings do persist between interface restarts.

This option is important for mitigating issues caused by dpi scaling being poorly handled in #794. The reticle cursor correctly maps to the screen whereas the arrow does not.

It is similar as in both settings probably just don't have persistence implemented yet.
