Metadata and Stats Exporter Ports should default to base port + num instead of manually hardcoded.

This will prevent conflicts for easier multi-domain deployment. Though, the reason for the metadata port for remaining the same is so data can always be found about a single domain at an IP. Some thought may be required.

Not sure if this is a good idea in practice, since people managing domains would need to know how many ports are going to be used, and collissions might happen as features get added and more ports are used

I think the best way to handle the problem might be to have new Domains starting up to temp disable the features that can't bind to the ports and issue notice to the admin panel every time you login that it needs addressing.
