Move oven and vhacd-util from Console.app to interface.app in OSX DMG

So that they're provided in Interface-only OSX DMGs.

The following bugs should be fixed first:

  • oven doesn't work on OSX: https://github.com/vircadia/vircadia/issues/1111
  • vhacd-util doesn't work on OSX: https://github.com/vircadia/vircadia/issues/1112
