vhacd-util doesn't work on OSX

Trying to run vhacd-util from 2021.1.0-Eos OSX DMG:

Dave K.: "oven and vhacd-util seem to work fine standalone in 0.86. Also confirmed that they crash in 2021.1.0 as in the issues above with missing linked dylib."
