Installation fails with error due to h5py dependency

I am unable to install the package.

steps:

1. git clone
2. pip3 install tensorflow
3. pip3 install -r requirements.txt

Enviroment:

• Python 3.8.5
• pip 20.0.2

error:

same issue here. I am using manjaro operation system. Any updates ?
