Increase responsiveness, decrease animation

When I press T or G, logseq leisurely scrolls the screen to top or bottom, and it feels extremely slow. Is there a way to remove any animation at all and make it instant?

I feel like it may be related -- I have a big file (5K lines), and when I press G just nothing happens, unless I manually scroll to the bottom first. After that both T and G work (although with about 2 second lag even before it starts scrolling)

Logseq API does not support this effect.
