[FEATURE REQUEST] Keybindings for moving blocks

It would be quite nice to add keybinding to move blocks using < or > in VISUAL MODE. I believe vim has this shortcut.

I think the default Tab and Shift+Tab is better option. Actually I only implemented few Vim-Like shortcuts. Most of VIM ability can not be implemented in Logseq.

I'd like this feature as well :) Of course, Tab can do the same, but that messes with my vim memory.
