No pen icon

I just installed this plugin on logseq 0.8.9 but I don't see a pen icon. I also don't see the window shown on the github page -- the window that says "logseq pen" in the upper left corner.

I have the same issue. No pen icon, also none after reloading Logseq. No new commands either.
