集群迁移失败

目前接手要把一个redis集群环境迁移新的集群环境，为了避免损失，要求热迁移；迁移看日志提示 Partial resynchronization for MASTER[xx.xx.xx.xx:37901] not possible (no cached master). 之前集群就是3个master组群的。麻烦指教应该如何处理
