Trimmer for V9958 crystal frequency fine tuning

A trimmer capacitor with a reasonable range instead of a fixed capacitor on the V9958 pin 63 would be useful to fine-tune the frequency and get good colors.

On one of my aged TVs, I need to put a finger on this pin to get any colors, regardless of fine tuning.
