Setup Caraya to be built in a CI server

Let's eat our own dog food. Now that Caraya supports CLI, it would make sense to build Caraya using its own feature. Implementation should include:

• building on CI
• running VI Analyzer tests as a pre-build step

I'm interested in taking this on, but would like to touch base on the expectations.

• Is there any intent that platform-specific PPLs be included, or is the goal here just VI outputs?
• Is there an expectation to run tests against multiple platforms?
  • If so, is Mac included?
• Is there any established infrastructure to use for a build machine?
• Is there already a defined set of VIAn tests that we would want to use?
