Feature request: `nh home news`

Hi! Thanks for this awesome tool!

Home-manager has home-manager news, which tells you when an option has been added to home-manager. I think it would be awesome if nh had the same command in the form of nh home news.

Hi, I don't really know a good way of implementing this without further evaluating the Home Manager module so I'm not very keen on adding this at the moment. I'll leave the issue open for anyone who wishes to give it a try, but it will not be worked on by the maintainers.
