📝 Add pydantic to data-validation section

What is this Python project?

It is a framework to easily create classes which attributes gets validated during object creation. The base of the validation are type hints.

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

It makes heavily use of type hints and reduces so the amount of code lines.
