Zypper (and other package managers) support

Open zsoltsandor opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

I have just downloaded bauh with pip onmy openSUSE Tumbleweed, and now it has replaced KDE's Discover, adding more features, yet being lightweight. I can finally manage Flatpaks, Snaps, and Appimages from the same app. If it had support for package managers, like Zypper, DNF, apt, urpmi that would be nice too - even better, and possibly easier if they have some Python interface, like DNF and apt does.

@zsoltsandor, this project aims to be single solution for overall Linux distributions. More packaging technologies should be integrated during its development cycle.

When you say a Python interface, do you mean a command line one ?

Just guessing, possibly something like this.
