An interesting option for bungeecord if keep server only up if one player is connecter on the bungeecord (for that the hublobby server is always up when a player is connected)

IIRC I just set it up via your normal tutorial, it works on every server i installed it on and shuts that server down, Unless they would want to shut down the bungee but i don't do that nor did i see a reason for that
