docs: Server side examples missing links to doc/code examples

Just wanted to make sure both of these issues you're aware of. The urls in the serverside links appear to be placeholders:

Example: https://vincjo.fr/datatables/examples/server/hello-world

The above two links point to: https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/ and https://github.com/typicode/json-server

I am guessing one should be removed and the other points to that doc's GH page?
