I haven't looked at this recently, and I won't have time any time soon, but maybe that helps you ?

the `configurableRule`s are supposed to be configured in the build config (maven or gradle). grouping would defeat the purpose, wouldn't it ? Maybe it could work with `preconfiguredRules` , but...
