macOS Mojave: too much scrollbar at the top and at the bottom of the original "start here" startup page

Visually this feels a bit like "why is there so much extra space here?"

am running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 on a mid-2015 MacBookPro 15,4-inch (2880 x 1800)

FWIW: It originally looked cleaner as all of this content was hidden with some injected CSS but OpenAI changed the original class names they were using as selectors other day. Still fixable though
