Add resolution choice of supported video

please add choice of resolution in the web/app gui for youtube , twitch and other supported

its a very useful request i think because some people (like me) doesn't have a good internet connection or stable connection

(sorry for my bad english :) )

I see video format (fid) in process.py Please explain me what is this
